Athletic Dept Tracker is a spreadsheet-based system designed to assist athletic departments with roster management, eligibility tracking, reporting, and administrative organization.
This application requires access to Google Sheets and limited Google Drive permissions to function. By authorizing access, you grant the application permission to interact with your spreadsheet data.
The application operates entirely within your Google account and does not access files outside of those explicitly authorized by you.
Athletic Dept Tracker does not store, transmit, or share your data externally. All data remains within your Google account and is used solely to provide the functionality of the system.
This application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While efforts have been made to ensure reliability, no guarantees are made regarding accuracy, performance, or availability.
Athletic Dept Tracker shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or misuse of the system. Users are responsible for maintaining backups and verifying data accuracy.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using the application at any time. Access may be revoked if misuse or violation of these terms is detected.
